Yonas Kibreab stars as Remy, Frankie’s little brother, on Disney
Channel’s new series “Pretty Freekin Scary,” based on the
popular book series of the same title.

Kibreab is a talented young actor and voice actor, born and raised in
Los Angeles. He began his acting career in 2019 and has since amassed
an impressive list of credits. Kibreab is known for his leading role
as Luna in the Blumhouse Production film “Blood Moon,” his role as
a Jedi youngling in the Disney+ series “Obi-Wan Kenobi” as well as
his appearances on “Silicon Valley,” “The Big Show Show,”
“Raven’s Home” and “Better Things.” Next, he will appear in
season two of Netflix’s “Sweet Tooth.” In addition to his
live-action work, Yonas has lent his voice to several animated series,
including “Slumberkins,” and will voice the title character in the
upcoming Pixar film “Elio.”

Despite his busy acting schedule, Yonas still finds time for his other
passions, such as playing the piano, singing, playing soccer, running
and skateboarding. He is also an accomplished tennis player, having
started at six, and was even invited to be a KidCaster at the U.S.
Open in New York City in 2018.
